Hi, I’m Melina Harrington.

I grew up in North Idaho and left to go off and have grand adventures after I graduated high school. I ended up joining the Army and was in for 7 ½ years. I had always had a passion for nutrition and exercises and how it can help keep us strong and healthy throughout our lives. When I left the Army, it felt like a no-brainer to go on to get my doctorate in Physical Therapy. It only took another 7 ½ years. In that time, I also got married, had kids and have been blessed to build a beautiful life with my family that eventually brought me back to North Idaho. I have been a physical therapist for 5 years now and one of the things I love about PT is that I get to help people use their own bodies and movement to heal, decrease their pain and increase their function. Our bodies are so powerful and amazing in how they heal and adapt. I am so excited to use this concept to help my patients find a more natural way to aging well with great function and naturally improved their skin, facial tone and structure. Instead of focusing on freezing time, I like to focus on healing, renewal and regeneration so that I can help you feel great in your skin.

My Approach

My mission is simple: provide natural, effective solutions that help people feel better, move better, and feel confident in their skin. I use hands‑on care, targeted movement strategies, and both therapeutic and advanced facial dry needling to support the body’s ability to heal. Advanced facial dry needling adds a powerful layer by improving facial muscle balance, boosting rejuvenation and healing, and enhancing overall skin vitality — all while staying true to a natural, non‑invasive approach. Overlapping these treatments with techniques to manage headaches, jaw pain and improve lymphatic flow allows me to help my clients experience less pain and feel better in their skin.
